Building community, one home at a time.
JAC Dreamscapes is a family-owned outdoor living design-build firm serving the East Bay. You get the production of a big company with the personal care of a family business.
Your neighborhood is our neighborhood.
Every backyard we build becomes a place where families gather and neighbors become friends. Beyond our projects, we're committed to showing up for the communities we serve, starting with a Thanksgiving basket drive this season.
See Our Community WorkFrom side jobs to design-build.
Jose Castaneda started JAC Dreamscapes the hard way: taking on side jobs after work, one yard at a time. Together with his wife, Vanessa, he built the company from the ground up into a licensed design-build firm.
More than ten years later, the standard is the same as it was on that first job. When you hire us, you're not handed off to a stranger. You know who's building your yard, you know who to call, and you're treated like a neighbor, because you are one.
Big-company production. Family-business care.
The production you expect
- Professional design and a detailed scope of work before anything is built
- A clear schedule in every proposal
- Our own crews, with structured project management
The personality you deserve
- You work with the owners, Jose and Vanessa, not a call center
- One team from the first conversation to the final walkthrough
- We live and work in the East Bay, the same communities you do
- We treat your home the way we would treat our own
The values behind every project.
No Cutting Corners
Quality over speed or price. Every detail matters, including the ones you never see.
Protect the Name
Our reputation is built one project at a time, and we protect it on every job.
Relationships First
We build trust, not just outdoor spaces.
Clarity, Always
Clear proposals, clear schedules and clear communication from start to finish.
