Discovery Consultation
It starts with a call. We learn about your vision, your scope and your investment range. If we are a fit, we visit the property to see the space and talk through ideas in person.
Design and Planning
When your project calls for it, we create a professional design: on-site measurements, a custom 2D site plan, material and plant selections, and revision meetings until it is right. Every decision is made on paper before anything is built.
Proposal and Alignment
You receive a detailed proposal with the full scope, timeline and investment. Once everything is clear, we sign, schedule and prepare for construction.
Build and Reveal
Structured project management, skilled craftsmanship and clear communication throughout. At the end, we walk the finished space with you and do not call it done until you do.
