Rheem · Rheem Valley · Saint Mary's College area · Canyon Road · Lafayette-Moraga Trail corridor
Schedule a Discovery ConsultationMoraga sits in a valley ringed by rolling hills, where summer mornings often start under fog and afternoons warm up fast. It is quieter than its Lamorinda neighbors, reached by two-lane roads, and that pace suits a backyard built for slow evenings.
We design and build outdoor living spaces for Moraga homeowners who want one team to take the yard from first idea to finished space.

Saint Mary's College moved to Moraga in 1928, and its white chapel tower across a broad lawn is one of the best-known views in Lamorinda. The Lafayette-Moraga Regional Trail runs through town on the old Sacramento Northern Railroad right-of-way, and Campolindo High School keeps Friday nights busy.
The town is named for Joaquín Moraga, who with his cousin Juan Bernal received Rancho Laguna de los Palos Colorados, roughly the ranch of the lake of the redwoods. The family's adobe, built in 1841, still stands just over the line in Orinda. Pear orchards once dominated the area, and Moraga incorporated in 1974 when Moraga Town, Rheem and Rheem Valley merged.
Answer five quick questions and see the features and projects built for the way you live.
Moraga averages about 26 days a year at 90°F or above and about 40 nights at or below freezing, so plants and materials have to handle both. The 2014 drought brought high fire warnings, and hillside properties may fall within state-mapped fire hazard severity zones with added requirements. Projects go through the Town of Moraga, and we confirm what your design needs during planning.
Every project begins with a discovery consultation. We learn about your home, your goals and how you want to live outside, then recommend the right next step.
Schedule a Discovery ConsultationMany Mediterranean-climate plants and California natives tolerate both. We choose by exposure, since a frost pocket at the bottom of a slope behaves differently than a sunny upper terrace.
Yes. We design and build for homeowners throughout Moraga.
Usually, but the rules depend on your property and fire hazard zone. We confirm what is allowed and often recommend gas features near open space.
Moraga is an incorporated town, so permits go through the Town of Moraga. We identify which parts of your project need them during planning.
